i had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my christmas party visit. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after my day. everything felt comfortable and cozy, making my stay here truly enjoyable.

My stay felt comfortable, giving me a taste of American hospitality, a pleasant contrast to my life back in Italy.

I noticed there were some people near the hotel who seemed to be living on the streets. That was a bit unsettling. The location wasn’t as central as I had hoped, being further from the main shopping and restaurant areas.

Super close to the Vivint Smart Home Arena where we caught a Utah Jazz game and also enjoyed some time at Temple Square. The convenient location made it easy to hit up nearby attractions like the Hogle Zoo. Overall, a great spot for a friends' getaway.

One downside was the breakfast. It was pretty basic and the coffee just didn't cut it. Could definitely use some improvement there.

The grab-and-go breakfast offered some variety daily, occasionally including fruit or muffins, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by significant noise from above, making sleep difficult. the sounds started as early as 3 am. Additionally, the shampoo/conditioner dispensers were not refilled, and the front desk staff was often absent, which led to delays in addressing issues, including persistent problems with deactivated key cards.
